Mark Stanley is a Senior Facilitator and Training Consultant with Asia Ability, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Over the past seven years, he has designed, managed, and facilitated dynamic Team Building and Training programmes for groups of all sizes — from intimate teams of six to large-scale events of over a thousand participants — reaching more than 30,000 delegates across Southeast Asia.

With a strong background in Engineering and Project Management, Mark brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to every programme. His deep understanding of client needs and team dynamics ensures that each session is thoughtfully designed, engaging, and effective.
