With over 25 years in corporate training and development across Asia, he’s a seasoned facilitator and organizational consultant known for creating learning experiences that inspire real change.
Passionate about helping people and teams reach their full potential, David has designed and delivered countless programmes on leadership, team development, creative problem solving, conflict management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Under his leadership, Asia Ability successfully pivoted into the virtual space, designing some of the most creative and impactful remote training and teambuilding experiences in the region. His drive to see teams thrive—whether in-person or online—continues to shape Asia Ability’s innovative approach to experiential learning.
